The Genesis version includes running and shooting at enemies which change based on the setting of the level. One button jumps, another shoots with you standing still and the other button allows you to shoot and move at the same time. One hit kills you so you always have to be on the lookout for bullets on the screen. You can get upgrades for your gun as you play and these will make you shoot faster. A password feature would've made the Old West more hospitable for young players. You get limited continues, which unfortunately means you'll be startin' from scratch purty regular.
